What it is

Electryion is a team of six AI employees for a small business or a growing team. Each one is built around a single repetitive job and runs inside the tools the operator already uses. The rule that runs through the product is "AI suggests, you decide": every employee prepares the work, and a person approves it at the moment that matters.

The roster: six employees, six jobs, each with its own page and its own approval settings.

Inside a workspace the home screen shows what came in while you were away: new candidates, drafts to review, follow-ups ready to send, active jobs, new leads and open promises in one row, with the latest candidates and the review queue underneath. The team sits in the sidebar, and each employee opens as a chat with its own quick actions, pages and settings.

The workspace home of a test account. The candidate list is blurred on purpose; the counters are the point: the employees keep working, you review and decide here.

The six employees

  • Axel, executive assistant. Sorts the inbox into the labels you set up, drafts replies in your tone for messages that need one, and adds calendar events on request. Promise Radar scans your sent mail for commitments and surfaces them in a daily standup. Axel never sends a message on his own.
  • Sebastian, recruiter. Writes the job description from a role brief, sources and scores candidates from public profiles, drafts personalised outreach and builds a structured interview kit. You interview the shortlist; the hiring decision never leaves you.
  • Talon, social manager. Plans a week of LinkedIn and X posts in your voice after studying your sentence length, vocabulary and hooks, including carousels and threads. Publishing is off by default and set per post.
  • Carmen, lead generator. Finds and qualifies leads against your ideal customer profile, drafts first-touch emails with honest opt-out language and runs capped follow-up sequences. Replies land in your own inbox.
  • Prism, requirements engineer. Imports Jira and Linear tickets, flags vague terms and escape clauses, and rewrites rough ideas into testable EARS shall-statements with a confidence score. Approved text is appended to the source ticket; the original stays.
  • Cipher, tender agent. Monitors TED and TenderNed against your business profile, scores each tender on fit, summarises eligibility and award criteria from long PDFs, and drafts a starter outline. Submitting stays with you.
Talon\x27s chat with a week plan of posts, each with an Add to Plan button, and five content ideas for X
Talon plans the week: a dated list of posts and carousels in your voice, each one added to the plan with a click, nothing published without you.
Carmen\x27s sales leads page: total leads, open, reply and conversion rates, a sourced-to-converted pipeline and lead cards with fit scores
Carmen\x27s leads page: every lead she finds lands here with a fit score, moves from sourced to contacted, replied, interested and converted, and you can import your own list. Details blurred.
The page for Sebastian, the AI recruiter, with the three steps from defining a role to interviewing a shortlist
Sebastian: define the role, let him source and screen, interview the shortlist.
The page for Prism, the AI requirements engineer, explaining the EARS rewrite flow
Prism: tickets in, testable requirements out, pushed back to Jira or Linear after approval.
Cipher\x27s chat before onboarding: he explains he will scan TED and TenderNed for fitting tenders once set up, with an Onboard Cipher button
Every employee starts with an onboarding conversation. Cipher asks for the business profile first; only then does he start hunting contracts.

How it works

  1. Sign up and onboard. A 7-day trial starts at registration without a card. Onboarding captures your tone, preferences and the labels, profiles and briefs each employee needs.
  2. Connect your tools with OAuth. Gmail or Outlook and their calendars, LinkedIn and X, Jira or Linear. Tokens are encrypted at rest and each workspace is isolated at the database and application layer.
  3. Let them run on your schedule. Each employee works through its queue on the cadence you set, and adapts to your brand voice from the suggestions you approve or reject.
  4. Review, approve, send. Drafts wait in a review queue. Approval steps can be switched off per employee once you trust the output; scheduled social publishing is the only opt-in automation that sends without you.
Axel\x27s chat with auto-processed email summaries grouped by label, Check my emails buttons, and the connected Outlook calendar on the right
Axel at work: every run reports what it labelled and why, in groups you defined, with the calendar beside it. Message contents blurred.
The Integrations Hub with two connected accounts, Outlook and X, each listing what the AI agents are allowed to do and a button to disconnect and revoke permissions
The Integrations Hub: connections are made from each employee\x27s chat, and this page shows which account is connected, what it may do, and one button to revoke it.

Under the hood

The application, database, file storage and workers run on EU infrastructure behind Cloudflare. Language models are reached through a zero-data-retention route, and no customer content is used for training. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256, audit logs are kept for 24 months and encrypted backups run daily.

A public roadmap lists what is shipped, what is in progress and what is being explored, from CRM integrations to employees that hand work to each other: Carmen finds the lead, Axel books the call, Talon posts about it.
